The Victorian Tourism Conference is a dedicated capability-building conference for the visitor economy. Designed to inspire, connect and foster practical learnings for local government, visitor services, tourism operators and destination leaders in Victoria.

Who should attend the Victorian Tourism Conference?
The program has three streams for delegates to choose from:
Stream 1: Visitor Servicing and Experience – includes visitor information centre staff, customer experience staff at visitor attractions, tour guides and all customer facing roles.
Stream 2: Industry Growth and Development – includes local government economic development, events and visitor economy teams, consultants, visitor economy partnership teams, visitor economy businesses, industry bodies, tourism operators.
Stream 3: Leaders Symposium – organisation decision makers, including CEOs, directors, Councillors, and board chairs who shape the future of the visitor economy in Victoria.
