The Grand Ridge Rail Trail winds 13 picturesque kilometres between Mirboo North and Boolarra in the Strzelecki Ranges. The trail navigates beautiful mountain countryside, several flora reserves and crosses large embankments.

The unique Grand Ridge Rail Trail stretches continuously along the old railway track. The trail has starting points easily accessible at both Boolarra and Mirboo North and also has easy access along the track at the township of Darlimurla.

An easy-access shelter is located at the Meadows, a pleasant half-hour walk from the Boolarra end of the Trail.

A fitness station is also located at Darlimurla for those who need a bit of an extra workout.

Facilities: Toilets, barbeques, picnic tables, playground (Boolarra & Mirboo North), drinking fountain, parking and Bike Repair Station are located at the Boolarra entrance.
