Development of a Network to Support Gippsland Migrant Strategy.

For our August breakfast event, we are delighted to welcome as keynote speaker Professor Joanne Porter, Director, Collaborative Evaluation & Research Centre (CERC), Federation University.

Gippsland continues to have workforce shortages. Recruitment and retention of staff has been prioritised by industries as they strive to meet existing workforce demands and to plan for the future.

Migrants play a vital role in filling workforce needs while adding to vibrant and diverse multicultural regional communities.
Join us as we discuss the many strategies needed to encourage and support migrants transitioning to regional industries and community towns across Gippsland.
