Join Traralgon Combined Probus on Thursday, 29 October 2026, to celebrate 50 years of Probus in Australia! This special occasion celebrates friendship, connection and the important role Probus clubs play in bringing retired and semi-retired people together. You don’t need to be a Probus member to attend! If you’re aged 55 or over and looking to meet new people, enjoy social activities and connect with your local community, you’re warmly invited to join the celebrations.

The Filipino Festival is a vibrant multicultural community event that celebrates the rich culture, heritage, and traditions of the Philippines.
The festival brings people together through authentic Filipino food, cultural performances, music, dance, arts and crafts, community displays, and family-friendly activities.
The event promotes cultural diversity, community connection, social inclusion, and an appreciation of Filipino culture while welcoming people of all backgrounds to participate and celebrate together.
All community members are welcome to this free family friendly event at Kernot Hall lake to help raise awareness of youth mental health and youth suicide.
Local Gippsland Social Service agencies that provide support to young people in Gippsland such Headspace, Gippsland Centre Against Sexual Assault, Youth Support and Advocacy Support and Victoria Police will have stalls set up around the lake for people to access information and help.
There will be face painting and bubble stations around the lake.
Everyone is encouraged to wear bright clothes and/or accessories to show their support and raise awareness.
There will be raffles held to raise much needed funds to support Youth Insearch programs.
Head on down to Bunnings in Morwell for a sausage sizzle. All funds raised from the sausage sizzle will to go the free Youth Insearch Programs for participants of the program.

Join the Latrobe City Youth Council in these fun and creative photography workshops in the beautiful Morwell Centenary Rose Garden! Learn how to capture your best shot on your mobile phone, explore the roses, and see the garden from a whole new perspective.
Young people are encouraged to bring along someone special — a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle or another older family member — and enjoy the experience together.
Bring your friends along too! It’s a great opportunity to connect, get creative, and capture some special memories.

The event is a familiar and popular day out where thousands of people can find out about local services for children and families. It’s a time for the Early Years sector to get together and CELEBRATE during National Children’s Week.
