The development of a motorsport and event complex in Latrobe City has been considered for many years.
Initially the opportunity was identified through several motoring organisations in Latrobe City contacting Council seeking facility improvements.
Given that several organisations are considering investment in improved facilities, a feasibility study on how best to plan and consolidate future facilities was deemed appropriate.
