Newman Park has so much to offer including a range of playgrounds for children of all ages and all abilities
Newman Park in Traralgon offers wide open grassland as well as safe, modern play equipment that the kids will love. There is an all-abilities Liberty Swing (key can be collected from Latrobe Visitor Information Centre) flying fox, swings, sandpit, table tennis table.
The miniature steam train runs the perimeter of the park on the 4th Sunday of the month (weather permitting) 12-4pm. Run by the Gippsland Model Engineering Society, admission is $4 per person.
