Edward Hunter Heritage Bush Reserve
Edward Hunter Heritage Bush Reserve is a tranquil bush reserve and is home to native wildlife and rich native forest, ferns and native orchids
The Morwell Town Common Playground is a large wooden adventure playground built by 2500 volunteers from the local community in 1998.
Resembling a wooden castle, the Morwell Town Common Playground offers plenty for the kids to explore. There are balance beams, a spiral slide, a wave ladder, sand pit with a mechanical scoop, a scrambling wall, chain nets and monkey bars. Also several types of swings including one with a harness and an old-fashioned tyre swing.
With safe play surfaces and a huge selection of other play equipment, kids can spend hours playing while you enjoy a break at the sheltered tables and BBQ area. Toilets are on-site, making it a great place for family fun or even kids’ birthdays.
